【Administrative Announcement】 Documents and Information Regarding Professional Certification Subsidy Application.

Application Deadlines for Subsidy:
Currently Enrolled Students:
For certifications obtained in the previous academic year before July 31 of the current year, applications must be submitted by the end of September.
For certifications obtained on or after August 1 of the current year, applications must be submitted by December 1.
Graduating Students:
Students in the graduating class who have obtained certifications during the current academic year must complete the subsidy application by June 30 and before completing the departure procedures (leaving school procedures).
Required Supporting Documents: 1. Certification, 2. Receipt. Please refer to the attachment for detailed information.
To apply for the reward/subsidy, please click "Yes" and ensure that the bank account or passbook belongs to the applicant (yourself) (Path: Campus Portal → Student Information System → Basic Information → Bank Account Settings → Enter your own Post Office or Bank Account details → Save). Do not enter accounts belonging to parents, relatives, or friends.
For issues regarding name changes, data changes, or passbook problems, please contact the Cashier Section on the 6th floor of the Famin Building or the Game Design Department Office.
